Fish head salad anyone??Last night we stayed in our room and Mark went out and grabbed some KFC for us. When he returned Joy allowed him to feed her chicken (which she loves) and then we had a big break through as she played with us both on the bed for about 1 hour. She even stayed up late enough to let her brothers and sister get a glimpse of her personality via Skype. When she is ready to play she giggles and smiles and it just warms our hearts. At these moments we see especially how perfect she is for our family. God picked a lively girl to fit in with a lively family!! She is already learning the word no and seems to know the meaning of the word due to our tone. We already can't imagine life without her!

This post made me laugh! I just posted on our blog that MJ is making baby steps with dad, too...and she has been home for 10 months! Yikes! I see the toothbrush photo and giggle, cuz in China, MJ wanted to brush her teeth 23x/day! She thought that was the best invention (and still does!). I also see Joy has a finger (or is it a thumb?) in her mouth at bed-time. MJ did and still does that! She uses her index finger on her right hand and twists her hair on her head with the left. In photos they seem quite a bit alike! You three look great together!
I am do glad that she is warming up to the two of you! She is in my prayers each day... :)
